This year, Families Canada is excited to introduce a new member benefit - the Members Club - a quarterly online gathering of members designed to provide family support workers with a dedicated space to connect, share, and grow together. It will be an opportunity for Families Canada members to engage in activities and events, focused on fostering open conversation and mutual support. In this welcoming environment, members can discuss strategies for overcoming obstacles and improving family support services in their communities.
To launch the Members Club, Families Canada is collaborating with its long-time partner, Abilio Childhood Knowledge Dissemination Centre, to bring members together for a series of discussions around the theme of trauma and resilience in early childhood development.
The e-module that will be discussed is The Impact of Trauma on Young Children’s Development. It is available on the Families Canada training portal and is free for members.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://families.member365.ca (the “Site”).
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

By completing purchases with us you agree to have your Credit card and personal information securely stored as part of a payment profile within a 3rd party payment gateway. This securely stored payment profile will be used, when authorized, for automated recurring payments and will allow for easier and faster checkouts. No credit card information is stored within Member365 and all payment data is accessed by way of a secure API. Under no circumstances do we share credit card or personal details.
Who can access the Families Canada member portal?
Please note that the Families Canada member portal is to be used by members of Families Canada only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by Families Canada staff. The Content that is displayed in your member portal will automatically vary based on your user / membership type.
What can be posted?
To ensure all interactions within the Families Canada member portal are safe and friendly, Families Canada staff will oversee the member portal activity and will review, edit, and delete any inappropriate content that has been submitted. This includes abusive or offensive language, spam, malicious files, or other disrespectful contact. To help provide a productive environment, please report any offensive or suspicious activity to Families Canada staff. Please note that not all user-submitted content is representative of Families Canada, nor does it necessarily represent the views of Families Canada, its staff or members.
